We currently have a number of vacancies across a variety of services in Kent and Sussex.

In Particularly our main site at Pembury has some incredible opportunities available at this time.

Our current vacancies at Pembury include:

· Senior Support Worker Roles (Residential, Supported Living and Day Services)

· Waking Night Support Worker Roles (Residential and Supported Living)

· Support Worker Roles (Residential, Supported Living and Day Services)

· Outreach Support Worker Roles (across Tunbridge Wells and the local area)

· Positive Behaviour Support Worker and Team Leader Roles (Tunbridge Wells)

We are looking for a diverse range of candidates to fill full-time, part-time and relief work vacancies and offer flexibility, striving to find roles with shift patterns that fit your preference.

Our recruitment team works closely with our services managers and senior staff to not only ensure that you are the right candidate for the role, but that the role is the right one for you. We use interviews and taster sessions to ensure that the service you are placed in is effectively engaging, challenging and supportive of your needs.

Pay and Benefits:

We are very happy to offer our roles with competitive starting salaries and the potential to increase these, whilst also providing further training and development opportunities alongside a full induction, enrolment to the workplace pension scheme (if eligible), paid sick leave which increases with years of service, 6 weeks annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays) and access to our amazing wellness programme.

All Aspens staff are supported by the charity to complete weekly COVID-19 tests to ensure the safety of the staff team and the people being supported by Aspens. Any successful candidate will also benefit from compulsory weekly testing once their start date has commenced.
