YOUR ROLE

Overall responsibility for leading, challenging, developing and energizing the SBU organization in order to drive profitable price strategies

Analyze and evaluate the latest cost trends together with purchase on a global level and translate it into pricing strategies; execute effectively with sales organization

Show leadership and dedication to push the organization to achieve quantitative KPIs (Financials)

Own and steer strategic pricing processes and policies globally

Lead on-going pricing activities across product, sales, marketing and finance when introducing the new future pricing operating model

Pro-actively provide expertise in price setting for regional products (e.g. value calculators) and in price execution (e.g. high impact pricing approvals)

Set aspirations and targets for price execution and support build-up of internal and external intelligence on pricing

Lead Product line management organization to conduct strategic planning, cost optimization, and product life cycle management; oversee key team outputs and deliverables, guiding the team through complex projects/topics

Build a high-performing team: manage a diversified team across different regions, support subordinates to build right level of engagement with local stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

Minimum of 8 years of experience in different sales or marketing related roles

Deep understanding of pricing decisions, concrete and customer-specific as well as overall pricing strategy

Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities within a consumer-focused organization

High numeric and analytic capabilities

Well-developed business, financial management and negotiation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English and favored also in German
